As a franchise attorney my only recommendation is to contact your local state bar association for a list of business litigation attorneys in your area. Business litigation is complex litigation. What this means, from your perspective, is it will be very, very difficult, if not impossible, to find an attorney who takes these kind of cases on contingency. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
