Harassing emails
If I am receiving harassing emails from an ex and she is using her work email account to write and send the harassing emails, do I have a case against the company she works for? It is a very large corporation.

In my opinion, you do not have a case against your former spouse's employer. Consider filing a police report and taking the police report to your county's state's attorney to see if that office will prosecute your former spouse for the offense.
