Re: llc assets

Do you have an Operating Agreement that governs the management of the LLC?

Generally, whether by statute or Operating Agreement, the sale of Company property is an act that needs the approval of all of the Members of the LLC.

By selling assets without approval, your partner has liability resulting from a variety of claims that you can assert.

Please call me below and we can discuss further.
