Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

Is it public information or private?

In a nut shell my company did glass replacement work for a fleet of school buses that got valdalized and the bill totalled over $250k. It has been over a month now and we still haven't gotten paid because the busing company thinks that we are overcharging them. The busing company called my glass distributor and asked what my cost was on the glass that i bought and the distributor gave them the information because they said it was public information. Is that true? Is that legal?

For this size of contract, it is necessary for you to consult with an attorney and show all the written contracts. If you have a proper written contract, you should be on good grounds. If the price was open, and not stated, you might have a fight as to the cost.

See an attorney.
