Refund on down payment
I put $1,000.00 down on an RV at a dealership. When I decided to go a different direction they told me that they would refund my money. Is this legal?

Your question is probably not stated correctly. It is not legal for them to keep your deposit and you should immediately file a complaint against the dealer in small claims court.
