using work email to harass

If I am receiving harassing emails from a ex and she is using her work email to d the harassing, do I have a case against the company she works for. It is a very large corporation.

Unless you have evidence that the corporation is aware of her emails, I can't see how you could hold them responsible (or why you would want to for that matter). You would also probably need to show that the emails were threatening in some manner and that the corporation condoned her actions. Then, once you got past all of that, what are your damages?

You could just hit delete or send her emails to the junk folder. Honestly, ignoring her would probably annoy her more than anything.
