Tapped Cell Phone

My husband owns a cell phone company and recently tapped my cell phone, he got copies of all my text records and found out I was doing something illegal. Can he use this as evidence in court if I decide to divorce him. Isnt that invasion of privacy?

Re: Tapped Cell Phone

Did he just access the text messages, or did he get any content of voice or time of calls? Is this a personal or business phone? Fortunately, we have recently researched this issue and can draft a legal memo advising you of your rights for a flat fee of $600.00.
