Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona

neighbors called the police because my boyfriend and i were in an argument and were being too loud. argument was not physical. police arrensted me and my boyfriend ( arrested me while i was on a walk to cool down). I am being charged with disorderly conduct. it is my first offence ever and i was givin the options to go to trial or to be on supervised probation for a year, pay a 160 dollar fine, 65 dollars for monthly drug tests, and fifty dollars a month for a probation officer. i am 18 years old and again, this is my first offence. Something does not seem right but i cannot afford a lawyer. is there anything else that i can do.

If you cannot afford a lawyer and a jail sentence is possible, you are entitled to be represented for free by a public defender. Ask for one.
