Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona

I want to store my RV in my yard inside an enclosed fence. The height of the fence is 6' and the RV is about 12'. My yard is huge and there is no problem storing it there. My HOA says I can't do it because it would be visible. Is it constitutionally legal for them to tell you that you can't store something in your own yard.
