Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

I had a credit card it was unsecured I could not pay it off its been a year. they filed a lawsuit against me for $ 1500.00 and said I had 20 days to response to it what do iIsay in the response I file? and can they do any thing about it?

Unless you have any defenses, it is difficult to say what you should put in your response. If you think you are not responsible for the charges, that would be a potential defense. Otherwise, without more facts, it is difficult to determine what you might include in your Answer.
