Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

filing answer to application for entry of default

I already filed an answer, several weeks ago, to explain how I have been financially ruined and lost everything; the reason I cannot pay Benefical. Now I must file something, today, and I am not sure what I must file or what I should say in what I file with the Gila Bend Justice Court.

Re: filing answer to application for entry of default

If the debt is valid, you'll lose the case. If you decide to show up, you could attempt to negotiate a payment plan with them. If you absolutely can't pay, you might consider bankruptcy to discharge the debt. The other option would be to just pay them when you are able to. They will likely garnish your wages after receiving the judgment.

Call me if you'd like to discuss your case in greater detail.
