A writ of garnishment is very complicated in Arizona. There are limited time periods when you can object to the garnishment. There are so many forms associated with a writ of garnishment that it is difficult to give you specific advice regarding how to answer the question without knowing which form you are referring to. We would be happy to review the forms and walk you through them so that you can file an appropriate response to the court. Feel free to call Stephanie Coulter of this office if you would like to arrange a specific time to discuss your legal issue.
