Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

reposessed r.v.

Our r.v. was repossesed in March. We tried to work with the lender but they refused. They sold the r.v. for $8,000. Now they say we owe them 18,000. They reduced the amount to $5,000. We do not have the money. What can we do? Have tried bankruptcy with a lawyer but they said they can not help us
