Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
in 2006 i got a felony for possession of a controlled substance. I finnished the drug court program from arizona and moved to washington. Do i have to go back to arizona to get my felony expunged there?

Only Arizona's courts have jurisdiction over your felony. Whether you must physically go there to get an expungement is another question, which I'm afraid I cannot answer. Perhaps an Arizona lawyer will answer it for you.
