Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Since 1997 till 2008, the Phoenix Police Department has been harassing me, planting drugs in my business, because I am a Greek immigrant that was doing business in a Hispanic neighborhood. I have been arrested and wrongfully prosecuted numerous times, and there is conspiracy going on, because I have met with Phoenix lawyers, and once they investigated my claims, the told me to "let sleeping dogs sleep" I need a lawyer that is not afraid to bring down corrupt officials and officers. I have proof and evidence of all this misconduct in black and white. This is a multi million dollar loss suit, because the value of my property, business, and assets, have all been lost due to the slander, lies, wrongful arrests, and false prosecution of me. How do I go about finding a lawyer that will take this case, and what type of lawyer do I need?

You need an attorney with both criminal and civil experience and significant trial experience, probably a former prosecutor.
