I was convicted in 1990 of a class 6 felony,endangerment, a nondangerous, nonrepetitive offence, is this offence considered domestic violence

It is impossible to tell from your question. Whether the offense is a Domestic Violence offense depends on who it was against. If it was against someone you had a close relationship with then it is possible that it was labeled as a Domestic Violence Offense.
