criminal law- search warrants

if the police have a search warrant

can they enter more than once?? the

swat team knocked and entered at

around 830pm but i just talked to

my nieghbor who said he saw just

one swat guy pick my lock and go

right in at about 3pm and i was only

gone that day from around 245-

330!! can they do that???

If the facts you present are accurate, this is a major issue that could result in evidence being tossed out. What exactly was taken in the warrant? You really need to get an attorney now versus later on when charges are filed. A lot can be done at this time that will aid in your defense later.
