ok say one was arrested in flagstaff az. The reason of being stopped was for speeding. but there was no speeding. And upon finding out who was behind the whell of the car the officers then decided to search the car . after searching the car the found dangerous drugs. and the charges are possesion of dangerous drugs. possesion with intent to distribute dangerous drugs and transportation of dangerous drugs , and drug perriphinallia what are the chances of getting the charges droped or what are the possible convictions that may occur on the person who has been arrested for the brotforth charges?

What you are talking appears to be a very complex, but routine situation in which there is a questionable stuff of a vehicle when law enforcement was profiling vehicles. This gets into a very trick area of the 4th amendment and is fact dependent on a case by case basis.
