Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

my fiance did a hand written will 2 months before he passed had it notorized but wasn't wittnessed by 2 people he left everything except for 1,000.00 dollars for each of his 2 sons. his sons wasn't in his life for years i talked him into trying to build a realationship with his sons but it didn't work out so well. his older son asked 2 borrow 30,000.00 dollars until he could cash in a cd my mom just passed away and left me money so 25,000.00 of that money was mine. his son knew when he passed as his exwife lives with his son i talked to her all the time. i have alot of medical problems myself so we hired a care giver. i happened to be in the hospital and got out on wed as he went back in this 36 yr old guy that he was friends with used to go to the house and i think they were up to no good as he told me i needed to get 10,800.00 and give it to him as my life was in danger well that guy killed his self with a gun my fiance gave him 2 months later 9 months after my fiance passed his son hired a lawyer now i think i might be in trouble i have no money to hire a lawyer as my fiance borrowed that money from me and we live in a small town in az so we end up being transported to vegas it costs alot to go back and forth to the hospital i get $648.00 dollars a month disabilty and don't no what to do hope you can help. i even had to pay a judge to let me have him creamated or the state would take him. i started probate now they took over i don't no if i am in trouble over that money he had me get for that guy his kids wouldn't even call him when he was in the hospital they waited 9 months when his son came and got that money he treated my fiance mean wouldn't spend no time with him he said he wished he never loaned him the money i wished he didn't either as he left me in debt with a few people what should i do?
