Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am the Office Manager for a K-8 School. I made some night deposits that are not showing. The bank states they have no record. Most of the deposits were cash. They are now threatening to fire me and bring theft charges against me if I do not produce the missing deposits or proof I made the deposits. What are my options? If it is taken to court and I lose, what would I be looking at as a punishment?
