Probation Transfer???
What is the quickest way to get probation transferred to where some actaully lives???The public defender had failed to show the judge letters that were written from my boyfriends family before his sentencing.The judge didn't mark interstate compact on his probation. I need advice on where to is submit a motion and get this probation transferred to New York where he lives.???????

The only real way to go about it is to petition the court to modify probation. Often, courts are reluctant to transfer probation for certain offenses (sex crimes and violent offenses).
