You have a difficult choice if you did not possess the drugs that you are being prosecuted for. You can always reject the offers and go to trial where you will have a jury decide whether or not to convict you. This can be a stressful and expensive thing to go through. If you do decide to do the TASC program, you will be required to admit to possession of the drugs, so if this isn't something you want to do, you will need to reject the offer of diversion. Just remember that the only guaranteed way to get a dismissal is to go through and successfully complete TASC.
