Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

My name is Richard Meek, I am overseas. Lenny Austin of 5970 S Masterson Tucson AZ ask if he could buy my truck if he made the payments, I agreed. Lenny Austin died July 14th. The truck is gone and no payments are being made. My other friend Mickey who lived at 5970 S Masterson Tucson AZ, was trying to see what happened but he died August 18th.The title is in my name but, I have no control over the truck and I do not know where the truck is or who has it. It is presumed that Lenny's girlfriends son Jared Anderson of Nevada has it.

Report the truck as stolen since you gave no one permission to use or sell the truck after Lenny died and is no longer able to buy the truck.
