If someone sends my girlfriend sexually explicit text messages she did not consent to or start, what kind of charges can she press against the offender?

Maybe sexual harassment? Unpermitted transmission of pornography? I'm not sure. Were they specific to her? Or just general? You may want to consult with a First Amendment attorney and/or your local prosecutor's office; that is not really my area of specialty. Good luck!
