Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Subpoena Issue
I have been subpoenaed to testify in a juvenile hearing in Superior Court. (I worked in a clinical setting with this youth at one time, and the county attorney subpoenaed me to speak about this youth's progress in treatment.)If I do not show up to give testimony, what is the actual likelihood of a warrant being issued for my arrest?

That's up to the judge and whether the county attorney pushes it.
