Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Arizona

Can I sue a website owner if they refuse to stop sending dirty emails?

they use a four-letter word in their address and while it does go my spam folder. it is necessary for me to check the spam for emails I want or need that go there by mistake.

And when I do I am faced with language that is EXTREMELY offensive.

just block the email address... why waste your money suing?
