Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

I got a DUI last year in Arizona I live in CA and work all over in different states for my work I went to court they gave me 1 day in jail and 3 month in classes, I have fished my classes in CA recent went to the DMV to get my licence and they said there was a hold from AZ spoke to AZ they said know I have to get a breathilizer in my car for a year I dont understand when that was never said in court and I live in CA with a CA Licence not AZ is there anything I can do about having them keeping me from my Licence in CA.

You will need to clear your suspended license in the State of Arizona. You should get yourself back in front of the Judge in Arizona to address the issues. The Judge may or may not require you to install the breath-testing equipment. In any event, California DMV will not reinstate your license so long as it is suspended in another jurisdiction. Contact an attorney in Arizona to assist you in clearing up your suspended license.
