There are some places in Maricopa County that will accomodate an out-of-jurisdiction sentence, but typically the person would have to pay out-of-pocket for the fees. I am aware that Scottsdale City Jail will take out-of-jursidiction (meaning convicted outside Scottsdale City Court) confinements for DUI's up to 48 hours, as will Maricopa County Jail (tent city) for those convicted outside Maricopa County (unlimited sentencing time) but wishing to serve the sentence in Maricopa County. The information for both of those self-surrender programs is available on-line. I am unaware of any "private" jails, as most courts will only accept a jail sentence served in a recognized police agency's facility.

I am unsure how they would handle a sentence from another state, as I only practice in AZ courts, but hopefully that gives you a place to start. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.
