Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

Beat dwi now face dui / what charges??

INITALLY PULLED OVER FOR TRUCK SMOKING FROM EXAUST.
RECEIVED DWI ON 06/27/03 BAC 8.0 & 8.1. POOR HGN. 1ST APPEARANCE ASKED FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER
2ND MET DEFENDER AND
BLOOD TEST WAS NOT SENT IN UNTILL SECOND PRE APPEARANCE.
PLEA WAS OFFERED IF UNDER 9.0 WILL DROP TO RECKLACE.
3RD BLOOD CAME BACK AS 7. PROCEUTER STATED DUE TO NUMBER SO LOW LIKE TO TEST BLOOD FOR DRUGS.
WHAT CHARGES COULD I BE FACEING IF CAME BACK POSSITIVE. FYI I SERVED ONE YEAR for dangerous drug possesion and received a (2 year) early realsese from 7 year probation.

Can be charged with possession of what ever drug in blood.
