It depends on the court you have to appear in, whether it was a felony or misdemeanor, and several other factors, including how long you have had, how many hours you had to do, etc. You can ask for more time to complete, but it is going to depend on a lot of factors, and your question was too vague to give a really good idea about what may happen. In many DUI cases, there is "suspended" jail time, which is suspended pending completion of the other requirements. If you didn't complete them, the judge could now impose that jail time.
