Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

First DUI

I was arrested for DUI last night in Gilbert. I had just pulled out of the parking lot (right turn) and was pulled over for going immediately into the left lane. I was cooperative and did all the Field tests including the breathalyzer (unfortunately it seems now). I was taken to the station and given a blood test then released with a citation. They did not keep my license or give me anything else. I asked what I blew and it was a .10. Should I have gotten something about my license being suspended? Can I find out before the court date what my blood test comes back as?

Re: First DUI

The portable breath test you received is unofficial and inadmissible for any purpose. The blood will take a while process and it is doubtful that it will be done by your next court date. Likewise, without an official result, your license remains valid but could be suspended if the blood results are higher than .08. I handle a lot of similar cases and have gotten good results for my clients. If you are looking to hire private counsel, feel free to call me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven. Part of my representation includes eliminating your need to go to most court dates and lose time from work, etc. This would include the court date listed on your citation. Let me know.
