had a dui in arizona license revoked warrant issued,,,all was dismissed and warrant quashed but still remains in national..i have all documents of proof here from the state

If you have a pending warrant in NCIC, you need to contact the court that is reporting the false information, have them update the information with NCIC and get hard copies of paperwork send to you which show that the warrant has been quashed.
