Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

Fired for a DUI?

My husband was recently ''let go'' from his job because of a DUI. It was not extreme. He was told at first he was fired because the company could not keep anyone with a felony. Then when his charges were dropped to a misdemeanor, they said they could not have anyone w/o a driver's license. He ended up with a restricted driver's license that allows him to drive to/from/at work. THEN they said they wouldn't cover him on insurance. The problem is this: there is another person or two working there that has multiple DUI's! Is this legal?

Re: Fired for a DUI?

This is not really a DUI question, it is more in the nature of a Labor Law question. But, generally, an at-will employer can do whatever he wants as long as the actions are not motivated by race, gender, etc.
