Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

My son received his second MIC within a year as well he had a DUI. His first MIC was taken care of through a diversion process and fines/classes which were just finished and then he recieved a new MIC. What can we expect to happen now? His drivers license is currently suspended pending proof of an SR-22,

As you are likely aware, minor consumption of alcohol (assuming this is what you meant by"MIC" in your question) is a criminal offense. The consequences depend on the court and the circumstances, but a court could impose jail time and/or fines and/or community service given his criminal history. Since he already completed a diversion program, he would be ineligible for any diversion again. Other consequences depend on his age. Typically, a conviction of the MIC will result in a license suspension by the MVD, but the length of suspension depends on age at time of the offense, which wasn't included in your question. There are also other consequences that could be court-imposed depending on other circumstances.

You should consider consulting an experienced criminal defense attorney for further assistance, since conviction could have serious consequences.
