After you have done your due diligence in attempting to locate your husband, you can serve him by publication. That information/forms can also be found at the Court's online Self Service Center, Maricopa County Superior Court.

You must proceed by publication. He is considered "served" after you publish for 4 weeks. Then, 20-30 days after you get him "served", you can proceed by default.

You can read the forms and the instructions at the Self Service Center.
