Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i want to take ex back to court to pay for credit card debt. the divorce decree states my ex would pay for mortgages and some credit card debt specified. house has been sold and credit cards that i assumed because he was paying mortgages i want him to split with me and start paying on them. some happen to be on my name, is this something i can have him pay for?

He has to comply with the terms of the divorce decree. If he doesn't you may be able to obtain a judgment against him for things you have paid that he was supposed to pay.
