Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Case was dimissed. Parenting agreement still binding?

My ex and I went to court earlier this year to work out a parenting plan. We went to mediation and came to a full agreement. But then the case was dimissed because my ex took no further action in the time frame set by the court. My question is, is the parenting plan still legally binding if the case has been dimissed? The letter I received said that any temporary orders would no longer be in effect since the case has been dimissed.

I would need to know why there was a "dismissal". You should be sure the have copies of all the court documents. What County was the divorce & parenting plan done in? Was the case transfered to another court, which would have jurisdiction and remove the original court from taking further action? If for some reason the newly agreed upon parenting plan did not take effect, the OLD PARENTING PLAN would still be in effect. E-mail me directly with more information.
