Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

two children where taken from a mother by court, the same mother has been impregnated by my son while she was undergoing court to get her two taken kids back. is there any risk of the new born baby being taken by court from her. even if the two kids have a have different dad from the soon to be born. if so would the the new baby's custody go to the paternal dad or would there be a problem.....please help

The Court will defer to a biological parent taking care of the child prior to making the child a ward of the state. Of course, without having more facts about your son, and his background, I cannot confirm the likelihood he will retain possession of your grandson.
