Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am the Custodial Parent. I have sole legal custody of our 2 boys. He has once a month weekend visitation with a holiday and vacation schedule just recently put in place last november. Prior to that he had 56 hours of contact in 5 yrs. He is not paying child support. I am the sole source of their financial support. I have a Job opportunity in WA. What is my legal right to move the children out of state for a job relocation.

Because he has court-ordered parenting time, you are required to follow the process spelled out in ARS 25-408 regarding relocation.
