Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

dissolution of marriage

I am not divorced yet and I want to fill out an order of contempt, allready filled out motion for contempt. What can I ask for in the order for contempt without upsetting the judge? Can I ask for jail time, return of my property or dismissal of order of protection?

Re: dissolution of marriage

Without knowing more of the issues involved, it is difficult for me to guide you on the filing of a Petition for Contempt. It also helps to know who your Judge is.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Tasha or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
