I married a man, after 30 days I realized it was a mistake.I have no children with him.This was 4 years ago. I cannot locate him. How do i go about getting a divorce ?

You would have to file for a dissolution. It would be a default judgment if he does not respond within the required time period. The court may recommend you publish so that he can be put on notice that way if you don't have his last official address of record. Good luck!

Ms. Bundy is correct. You would have to serve him by publication. The procedure would have to be followed carefully to reduce the chance of the default decree being successfully challenged.
