''divorce modification''

in 1989 i divorced my first wife. the court papers do not show she waived rights to my retirement although the original papers filed stated she would waive future claims to my retirement. can this order be modified, if she is willing, to waive any portion of my retirement to her?

Re: ''divorce modification''

Yes. If it is by agreement, it can easily be modified.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
