can i represent myself in divorce when other party has an attourney? previously exhausted all my funds on an attourney now he is dropping my case for non payment.

You certainly can represent yourself in a divorce or any other proceeding. If funds are the issue, you might be able to find an attorney that is willing to accept payment plans. If you can live with payments, I actually prefer them to having a ton of your money in my bank. Give me a call if you want to discuss your case in more detail.
