Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I divorced in IL. now live in AZ. My ex has not paid a settlement payment which is now due.May I file for judgement in AZ.

The decree exists in Illinois so you would have to get Arizona to apply full faith and credit to the decree/judgment in order to enforce it here. If it is a "settlement payment' you may have to file a petition to enforce the settlement in IL to convert it into a judgment.. If the ex is in Illinois, you are probably better off getting a garnishment order on the judgment in IL.
