Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have been divorced for 2 years. In the Divorce Decree it states the reimbursement for medical/dental expenses is considered additional child support. My ex owes me over $800.00 in dental reimbursment from procedures done on our children in June and July of 2009. Is there any way for me to receive the reimbursment due without having to spend additional money myself?

Thank you!

There really is no way to do it without filing a motion to enforce, which at a minimum costs $81 to file(although if you have no funds then the filing fee might be waived). I would suggest you call my office and speak with my paralegal at a mimum, who has his own document preparation service. He has done many of these and although there is a fee, it is minimal and he can tell you how to get this process going.
