Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My exboyfriend has my child He is not the father he is not on her birth records
My exboyfriend has my child at this time without my permisson i do not have an adress at this time to locate him
he nor his mother or sister have any legal document showing they filed for temporay custody.I need my child with me and have been down to the law libary please give me some direction on how to get back to me i am her mother and no father is on her birth records

You can file an Emergency Writ of Habeas Corpus, and even ask for an additional Order which gets the Sheriff involved. I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person.
