Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Failure to comply with Divorce Decree & Contempt of Court

Divorce Decree stated X husband was to pay for all debts as of November 1997. He has not paid on one of the credit cards and to prevent my credit being ruined I have been paying it. Balance still the same and I have paid nearly 4000.00 on it. How do I get him to pay off the card and repay me the money I have paid on the card plus interest and court cost?

Take him back to the divorce court, asking that the court hold him in contempt, that he pay the amount owed, damages for the harm to your credit and your attorney fees.
