Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My friend is looking in to full custody of her daughter due to an abusive ex-husband. she has contacted CPS (child protective services) and has a restraining order. Are there any other steps she can take to keep her children safe and gain sole custody of her children?

She can attempt to modify her current Family Court orders (divorce decree). We can certainly help.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss her matter with her in detail.

Please have her call us directly to discuss the specifics of her matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule her free 1/2 hour consultation
