Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My friend is looking in to full custody of her daughter due to an abusive ex-husband. she has contacted CPS (child protective services) and has a restraining order. Are there any other steps she can take to keep her children safe and gain sole custody of her children?

She can attempt to modify her current Family Court orders (divorce decree). We can certainly help.
