As of January 2013, what was commonly thought of as "physical custody" is now referred to as parenting time. First, you will need to open a case before the Court.

If your ex wife declines to exercise parenting time, you are able to enter into a stipulated agreement stating such. This stipulated agreement will have a parenting plan attached, and likely a child support worksheet. The agreement will then be entered in as a court order once signed by the judge.

At The Owsley Law Firm, PLLC, we draft these agreements for clients, as well as handle a variety of parenting time issues. You are welcome to contact the firm for a free 30 minute consultation. (623)-748-8973.
