Hiding my son and no visitation during pending divorce

Is it legal in the state of Arizona for a spouse to hide the children and deny visitation to the non-custodial parent during the pending divorce. (prior to any judgements by the court).

You both have equal rights to your children and hiding them is absolutely inappropriate. If your divorce has been filed, the spouse is arguably in violation of the preliminary injunction.
